Our heart nudges aren’t always meant for us alone.

After a difficult year and allowing myself space to heal and grieve, I got the nudge to record a 40 Day podcast series on sadhana, the daily practice ritual that I learned when becoming a yoga teacher. The series would be simple. I’d record a five-minute episode every day for 40 days explaining how I learned sadhana, different aspects of practice and how I and others have experienced firsthand how it is a powerful tool for transformation.

Then the intrusive thoughts crept in.

“Who am I to share this right now when my life feels a mess?”

“No one wants to hear what I have to say.”

“What if it’s too hard to show up in the ways I want to?”

Fast forward to a recent meeting with Kate Lemay who nudged me to help her form an accountability group for Enjoy the Journey Retreat Leaders that would run for 40 days. I told her about my podcast idea. Kate said, “DO IT!”

So, I’m doing it. I started Monday 8/3 and it will run through early September. Listen and follow along here! It’s AMAZING what community can do, what sharing your idea with a friend can do. My heart feels safe with Kate and our conversation lit a spark in me that’s long been dormant. Our heart nudges aren’t always meant for us alone.

Record. Share. Want me to interview you on my podcast? Send me a message. Reach out by email: yogaloftnh@gmail.com. Your stories deserve to be told, and I’d love to help you! It helps me learn and grow too.

This newsletter is getting exclusive access to a BONUS podcast episode I recorded earlier this year. It’s a piece of my heart I felt vulnerable sharing but maybe it will nudge your heart to share too.

I am the co-leader of the October Early bird pricing ends September 16th.
