Kate Lemay
“Go all the way and enjoy the journey.” – Kate
Kate is the creator of The Art of Conscious Evolution card deck and journal, a jewelry line, original art and giclee prints, and a series of retreats held across the country all grounded in the wisdom of the chakras and the beauty and boldness of the power of words, themes, color and design.
Kate Lemay is a visionary artist, retreat leader, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and perpetual learner devoted to guiding others into alignment with their highest purpose. Known as an Artist of Conscious Evolution, Kate creates art, teachings, and experiences grounded in the wisdom of the chakra system. Her body of work includes The Art of Conscious Evolution card deck and journal, original paintings, giclée prints, a jewelry line, and transformational retreats across the country.
Through color, symbol, and word, Kate’s art becomes a mirror for inner wisdom. “Think of it as like the best feeling you’ve ever had in your life… you’re living into your divine purpose on this planet,” she says. Her retreats weave together movement, meditation, art-making, and community—offering sacred space for reflection, healing, and growth.
Kate’s philosophy is simple and radical: “I just think that people have an opportunity to live a life beyond their wildest dreams. Like it’s real. It takes courage and willingness to do the inner work, but what emerges is a life where you are your own guru.”
Her down-to-earth manner makes profound clarity accessible. She believes we are not here to be fixed, but to be witnessed and empowered to remember our wholeness. “No one can teach you what you need to know. You have to get it from yourself.”
Kate is a student of the world. She draws inspiration from the works of Byron Katie, Anodea Judith, Brendon Burchard, Seth Godin, and her teacher Christina Alexa among others—integrating emotional depth with soul-aligned leadership.
Alongside her artistic calling, Kate is a veteran leader in the YMCA movement. As the Senior Executive Director of the YMCA of Greater Boston’s Overnight Camps, she has championed the transformational power of camp—overseeing Camp Pleasant Valley for Girls, North Woods Camp for Boys, and Sandy Island Family Camp. With decades of experience, she has dedicated her professional life to preserving and expanding spaces where children and families connect with nature, build lifelong friendships, and create memories that last a lifetime.
