Join us for a meaningful kick off the holiday season! The theme for this retreat is “Frequency”, a powerful way to amplify intention as we reflect on 2026 and prepare for a new year ahead. Frequency is a throat (vishuddha) chakra contemplation in which we become intentional about how we receive and transmit through the center of our voice. The accommodations at YMCA Camp Tockwogh are AMAZING; semi-private rooms w/ 4 beds in each and a bathroom! The retreat is held in one large conference facility with two meeting rooms, a big double-sided fireplace and nestled in the woods off the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy yoga, workshops on the theme of clarity, crafts, and a loving community with your host, the talented and insightful Erin Neuhardt.
