Energy

The triangle here represents the idea trinity of Mind, Body, Spirit. Each idea in the trinity has its own set of energy systems: Kinetic, potential, thermal, chemical, and electrical. Each of these energy systems must be cared for, tended to, and nourished in order to fulfill the promise and power of the hallowed Mind-Body-Spirit union. You are the caretaker of your energy systems. Notice when they are depleted or disconnected. Practice habits of reception, assimilation, and transmission of these vital life energies.

Mantra: I do.
